Our RPO partnership with Sky has resulted in £2.6m in cost savings; a 20% reduction in overheads through streamlined processes and implementation of more efficient systems; and successful hiring of circa 3000 employees annually.

The services is managed by a team of 35 who are embedded into Sky onsite who take care of the end to end recruitment process and employer value proposition (EVP). This includes a dedicated social media specialist supporting Sky’s engagement as an employer of choice, resulting in significant follower growth across LinkedIn and Twitter.
