Shell required a specialist service to overhaul the way they hired creative and digital staff. We undertook a full review and designed a way to engage with and attract the specialist talent they needed with job profiles, improved tone of voice and significant market research to highlight target hires.

Run by onsite account manager in the UK and US, we developed a revised governance framework, implemented a full contractor support programme (including umbrella service), delivered a full worker payroll service, took responsibility for on and off boarding and provided a direct sourcing model for all new hires.
