McDonald’s

RTM provided McDonald’s with a technology review and analysis on how to improve the candidate recruitment journey. With over 27,000 applicants annually, they wanted to ensure a best in class experience for all applicants.

We conducted a full-scale review of their existing ATS and found that it was fit for purpose – but needed some optimisation. We redesigned the candidate journey, making it a seamless, digitally optimised process.
