Our RPO partnership with Chelsea has resulted in 400 permanent hires per year, a 45% increase in BAME applications and a 96% reduction in agency usage.

This was achieved through optimisation of the hiring process, implementation of innovative technology and a successful diversity and inclusion strategy.

We also manage Chelsea’s social media strategy to engage with and attract sought after specialists across a diverse talent landscape.
