RTM worked with AEG to help them explore ways to showcase their commitment to growing a diverse and inclusive workforce. We provided a comprehensive analysis of their existing hiring processes and employer branding, resulting in a detailed recommendation for a programme of change, led by RTM.

We redefined their employer value proposition and social strategy, refreshed their assessment centre and designed a new interview process to remove potential bias. We are now in partnership with them to help identify areas to enhance the employee experience and shape their external social strategy and positioning.
